these are the sort of indulgent thoughts and questions allowed to someone like myself who isn't ordering for a team and doing large jobs but wants to work with a tried and true piece of equipment and is young enough so my back isn't totally frigged.
that and funds tend to get spread out into multiple interests. i'd get "newish" shop supported stuff.. but the class of saw i'd like is the cost of a used subaru here.
