No idea on efax, but I use popfax.com
Advantages: low prices, free demo, mobile applications, voip, many cookies) they're developing and always have something new to show. i.e. they just finished a contest with galaxy s3 as a price...
Disadvantages: strange name))) popfax... like a fax pop star or something)))
