Near as I can tell, it looks like white oak in the top photo and pine in the center and lower photos. White oak over 10" diameter could go to a sawmill, the rest, pretty much firewood. I'd leave a couple of snags standing for wildlife. Not enough to bring in a professional logger unless you have more on other parts of your property. Value of the pine depends on its condition. It goes down hill pretty quickly. Your best bet would be to contact your county extension agent or district forester to assess the value. Good luck.
Build a log cabin. An old friend built a hunting cabin from a stand of pines that blew over. He cut them in 8' lenghts, nailed a floor plate to the bottoms and a top plate on top, got a bunch of guys and stood them up. It was a cool cabin with the logs going up and down instead of horizontal, Joe.
