I have a friend of mine that has recently bought a cabin as investment property near Pigeon Forge. He needs some tree work. I don't really want to drive the work truck 5+ hours and buy licensing, etc to help him at his place. Apparently TN requires some sort of state certification as well. Anybody on here in that area?
