I ordered a throttle cable for my RG100 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for it. I called the dealer and they told me it has been shipped from rayco. By the time the dealer gets it, ships it to me it will be about a month. Completely unacceptable to me. The is a very expensive machine I can't use for a month while waiting for a simple part? Anyone else go through this with them?

When I had my rayco grinder I didnt have any problems. I orsered from the dealer and if they didnt have it they had rayco direct ship to me. Took a day maybe two to get the parts.

I called the company,(rayco) and go there parts distributing dept. They told me it was likely on the dealers end. I'll try a different dealer next time to see.
