Anyone have a nice bench mount hand file?

I need to get a bench mount hand file rig. I don't want to spend $200-400 on a electric one, I like to hand file. I like the one in the Stihl book....

That Stihl version costs around $165, I would buy an Oregon grinder before I got one of those. They have bar mountable file guides and mount a bar in a vise or weld a peice of angle iron on an old bar and clamp it to a bench.

I use an old bar mount file guide. It works really well. Its all my Dad ever used. I did not know they made the bench style grinders up untill a few years ago. Thats right I dont get out much.
