anyone made a 2-1 lanyard with a wire core

maybe im looking at the wrong sites but i dont see them ,just rope 2-1's

can i just take a hip prusik and put it on the wire core,add a clip?

when im doing removals i put a caribiner on the eye end of my wire core. a hip prussik should work but the gibbs kilmar 2 in 1 adjuster is better.
