anyone running CEI teeth on higher horsepower stump grinders?

I'm looking at the greenteeth pockets on my carlton 8018 and realizing I'll have to replace them after this year. I forgot that I have two heaped 5 gallon buckets of CEI teeth that I got with my tow behind machine. They are all a bit dull,(previous owner saved them all but never tried to sharpen them) but easily touched up and used again. I should have enough pockets as well. I realize there are better set ups but I wouldn't have to buy any teeth for years if I use these. These teeth look like the vermeer pocket style with about 1/2" X1" shank and a shoulder. Will they work on my 8018 or is that asking too much of them. Thanks.
