Arbor Boss rope

I just purchased 120' of Buccaneer Arbor Boss (Patriot). It cost me $67.00, and I hope the reason for that isn't what I'm thinking. It's my first climbing line I'm buying for my own personal use. Please tell me if I should return it and upgrade before using it because according to some things that I've read so far it has a tendency to wear quite quickly. If I can get away with it as a decent climbing line for a while for practice outside of work i'll be happy and then just retire it to a lowering line. Any advice from you guys would be appreciated.

I used a couple buccanneer lines for a little while. They are not bad. Not great....not premium, but you shouldn't have major complaints when using them.
