arborist certification in newenglend???

im new to logging this year working for a canadian company for now that dont require an certification there sating they might have to sometime in the near future. was just wondering who to contact around vt??? anything would be helpful.:msp_confused::msp_confused::msp_confused:

1. loggers aren't arborists, so you'd be looking for a different set of certs.

2. every state has a state forestry association that offers some variation of the SFI logger training for safety, env. compliance, etc.- check into that.

3. Why not ask the company/boss what they want or will want?

thanks i didnt know where or what to be asking it started as a hobby now its a full time job hopefully it will turn into a business id like to make a career out of it
