should i be running skip chain on it with a 24" bar ? Can anyone tell me what a homey c72 is worth ? and if so do u want it. Thanks all

I have no idea on the homelite.

But the 372 will pull a full comp chain.. and pull a skip even better. I have been cutting wood with some skip tooth.. It is fast enough and even faster to sharpen.
I prefer the 72LGX chain..it is a full comp. I bought about a dozen loops off of Tony at Amicks this week.. Love the chain.

Post a pic of the C72 if you would. It's condition would dictate it's value. I wouldn't know either way, but someone might be able to give you a ballpark figure. I'd love to have an older saw in the 80cc+ range if it's in good running shape and the price was right.

i havent used it in 2 years, it was a good runner. today i fueled it up, it just needs a carb cleaning or kit ie starts and runs for only a few seconds.when i have time i will repost with a pic, thanks. just want a ballpark figure on a good running antique.
