asplund chipper no blower

i am looking at a old chipper asplund 9 inch with the ford 4 industrial but it does not have the blower going to the chute,also he has not changed blades in at least 2 years or more i did know someone who junked a chipper because they could not get the old blades out,also no title it would be in MD thank you

how much is it and are you testing the waters to see if parts are avail?

I have the similar unit with Ford motor this units complete and for sale I can tell you the blades haven't been changed the entire time I've had it and knock on wood chips fine

i am looking to buy this used chipper but without a blower will it get stopped up with chips,also the old blades are dull needs to be changed had a friend who could not remove old blades junked the chipper,also no title MD

Sorry I did not include price before it is $1200.
It was about 10 years since blade change
