band mill coolant

a 12 V auto washer pump, aluminum block drilled to spray up and down drilled with smallest bit in your box- with 50-50 kerosene and bar oil-used sparingly-runs cool and quiet.use just enough to keep noise down.

Kerosene and bar oil!Not a plan at all.Do you recover it so the ground is not contaminated. As sawyers we are supposed to try and stay green as much as possible and kinda pricey for a 25.00 dollar blade and a little noise.Water and a little dawn dish soap will be just fine.Winter will be washer fluid. All this and you can capture it with a homemade trough. My two cents.Do as you will.

You don't need anything but a small container up high with a small tube to let gravity cary water to the band. All it needs is a sloow drip, and water works just fine.

You mean someone sells a BSM without this already on it???
