back yard log removal

Anybody out there using power barrows with flat decks or dumpster type to transport logs to the chipper or truck from narrow access back yards. :Eye:
or just because of weight of wood.
 
I had a DR power wagon back in 1991 and used it for a few years. The frame rusted away and basically fell apart. It was good when new, but the drive belt system sucked. I now use a mini skid with a grapple. Much more powerful, much more productive, will still fit through the standard 36" gate and I don't have to pick that log or brush pile off the ground by hand.
 
It weighs 2228 lbs with the optional weight plates I have on it. It will lift 700 lbs. I picked up 24 coconut fronds completely off the ground and took it from the back yard to the front. A strong groundman that was there could only carry 9 and he was struggling.
