Bandit buys out Texas dealer

I got a phone call today from a lady at Bandit Industries. She informed me that Bandit has purchased Poston Equipment, our local Bandit dealer. Poston has three stores in Texas, and have been a Bandit dealer for a long time.
I guess this makes the Poston locations "Factory outlets" now. I have had a lot of dealings with Poston, and they have always run a first class operation in my opinion.
I wonder if Bandit is looking to own stores all across the country to market and service their own products?

We have been proud to have Poston Equipment as a long time Bandit dealer. When Bill was looking to retire, he approached Bandit to see if we would be interested in taking over to keep the business going. We usually do not buy businesses or dealerships but decided to pursue this venture to continue servicing Bandit customers and to keep the business going after all of the hard work Bill has been in over the years.
