I am looking for a good container to add bar oil to my saws especially my 020 which is not a clear shot because of the handle guard. I never have good luck using the gallon bottle. I like the No-Spill container that Bailey's sells for gasoline, but I am not sure it would that good for oil.

I pour the oil from a gallon jug into a quart bottle. I usually carry 2 quarts along when cutting but have never used all of one.

The bottles gear lube comes in may work better if the access to the fill hole is restricted, they are taller and narrow and squeezable.

Been using hose thing in picture, bought it at Wally World bout 1 1/2 years ago.
It has a twist shut off, really like it on small saws and milling........it's a little slow to use when cold.

A older friend showed me his trick and I use it all the time. Use laundry/softener bottles they come in all diffent sizes and they have handy pour spouts. I use the softener bottles about 60oz. size just clean them out good and fill them up.That size is useally enough for a day of cutting and when you get home fill them up and you are ready to go again. They work great.

I have the same spout that Trigger Time uses but I didnt care for the fact that the jug is unvented then.

I finally just went with the old style plastic 1 gallon gas can with the flexible spout and the snap open vent on the back of it. Works best for me.

I have been poking a 1/4" hole in the foil seal and squirting the oil into the tank. Low tech but effective. I have been meaning to start using the gear oil bottle with squeeze spout, 1 quart is fine for the cutting I usually do.

I like the Laundry Softener container idea. The dribble goes back into the container. I had to mix the April Fresh with the Dawn Breeze while my wife wasn't looking in order to get an empty container. A little WD-40 to remove the labels and I am good to go. Thanks Paladin.
