bar recommendation for Stihl 44

If purchasing a new Stihl 44, what 20 " bar would you recommend for felling and bucking.. Go with Stihl bar or other brand

It will come w/ a Rollomatic ES from the factory. Keep a very sharp RS chain on it and keep it oiling right, and you won't have to worry about a replacement for it for a while.

At that point, you have GB, Cannon, Oregon...
 
The Stihl dealer is not supposed to sell just a powerhead, as was already stated it will be wearing a good bar when you get it.
 
I like the very aggressive large-diameter-nose (3003-000-9622 on my 044) Stihl RS bar, and I wouldn't even look at any of the other makes if they didn't have an oil dam behind the inlet.

Woodsman Pro bar - the rails are hand ground and flame hardened finished and last about twice as long.....but it's twice as expensive too!
