I called Scott at Cutting Edge yesterday, he new exactly what I needed and I got the parts today at a great price. It is nice to deal with a Dealer who knows what he sells. My local Dolmar guy is 2 miles from my house but says he only stocks "consumables". At first I thought he was talking food, but then he said he only stocks carb kits and filters. Needless to say Scott will be getting all my Dolmar business. Thanks a bunch! Great Prices, Fast Service, 'nuff said!

yuppers

That's the way it's been for me also with them bro... My 79 had a problem, I sent it, they fixed it, had it back to me before the end of the week... Everytime I order from them it's super fast and ALWAYS right. Haven't been able to stump them yet... and as far as just plain good folk go, I could see these guys helping anyone out, if more guys were like them, there'd be no complaints for any dealers...

Jim,

I'd really like to, but I have a First Communion party for my youngest daughter. I never say never, but probably not. Still gonna fix and try out the DCS340 though with Scott's parts. Probably be a lot of down trees with the big Tornado warning they have for most of Connecticut until 6 pm tonight. Are there ever any GTG's in CT? I belong to CAMA (CT Antique Machinery Association) in Kent and get up there with tractors for both annual shows. Kenny

It was pretty spooking here in Cornwall a little while ago. Pretty quiet now. I went through the Tornado in '90 (?). That was a trip.

That's a great show and I've been there a bunch of times. What do you have for tractors? I used to bring my Allis Chalmers D-17 there a few years ago. My boss usually brings a few Fords.

I remember the big one in July '89, my fiancee's niece was killed by a falling tree at Black Rock State Park while camping with the Girl Scouts. I mostly have small GT's, all IH Cub Cadets. I fix and repair/rebuild anything with a small engine as a sideline here in Trumbull and all of Fairfield County, some NH County. The DCS 340 is my first saw, price was right (free)and just needed a bar and chain, sprocket, and new oil pump. Can't wait to try it out! I have a customer's DCS 520 in for a new coil, what a beast! Gonna have to test her out after the new coil goes in. Been having a lot of people coming in with water in their fuel. That 10% Ethanol is really causing fits around here. Kenny
