Hey guys , been in the biz for a while now. Despite all the things ive learned over the years i still have a problem removing seed pods from sylvesters and other date palms. We can usually pull them down and cut with a chainsaw or handsaw but that usually leaves a bit of the bottom of the seed pod, and lets not forget getting annihilated by all the thorns. Tryed using a fred marvin pole pruner i had and worked pretty well but the pruner head was a little small , so was going to get a larger pruner head , but thought i would give you guys a go first. Thanks for any input.
