There is a lesson in here somewhere.
It is going to cost her $6,500 in fines plus attorneys, plus botanist and a replanting plan that may or may not be followed. All to do something with her own private property, that she might have, but probably could not have, gotten permission to do.
I pity the working person. But then again they wont be doing any developing in Hawaii
