I just came across this old video clip of Big John Grier climbing, probably around 2003.. he would pull this move from time to time.. He was a machine.. He just got his commercial pilot's license.. I don't expect to see him in the saddle again..

Murph, did you tell him how un-effecient he was being? I mean, all that just for that? Maybe he was just doing a demo of his foot technique?
