Big Pecan Tree

I wonder if there is anyone here in Texas that knows about a market for a large (24") pecan tree. I have been asked to bring it down and figured to make it into cordwood for cooking. But I have been thinking that there might be someone who can make something out of the trunk.

If there is a small sawmill in your area they might be interested. I know a guy who likes to turn big stuff on a lathe-He makes artistic pieces. The pecan is wonderful stuff to cook on. BTW-much of the commercial lumber labeled Hickory is actually Pecan.
