Bleeding hand controls on a HI-Ranger

Can anyone tell me how to bleed the hand comtrols on a HI-Ranger 5FI48PBI? The lower controls work but cant get the ones in the bucket to work. Im trying to find out this info for my husband. He has replaced the lines and he cant get the air out of the lines now. Any info would be so much appreciated. Thanks in advance
