Here ya go not the best but it will get the job done,you should get the USDA log scale book it has all the scales International,Doyle,Scribner plus some more info.

A doyle rule is preferred for Walnut because the sapwood is not desirable.Doyle rule is a scale of square wood from a round log assuming that 2" of slab will be takin away on each face which is about right on Walnut but Doyle rules are only legel in some states. If you are selling walnut it is best for you to have it scaled with 1/4" or SDC. Seth
