What do you guys think have any of you guys used both? We currently have a 1997 rayco tow behind and we are just picking up a 1994 bobcat 753. The rayco works great it is a diesel it grinds anything and it grinds it fast. Im thinking if we can sell it and use the bobcat for a grinder we will be killing two birds with one stone and lowering insurance payments as well. I absolutely do not wanna mess with the bobcat attachment if it is rediculously slow or unreliable it would just be a step backwards for us but if any of you guys have experience with them let me know thanks alot guys!

If you have the high flow hydraulics then the stumper attachments are OK. I know guys who swear by them, most of them do primarily softer trees, like high mountain pine/poplar areas.

When you get into true hardwoods, I've heard more frustrating commentaries.

Another common complaint is visibility of the cutting wheel.

So you should probably demo the unit prior to purchase
