Modern saws don't have sleaved jugs. There are a few places that will replate closed head jugs, but most wont touch them.
Lots of things to work out when enlarging a bore, as the ports are cut on angle port timing will be changed and needs to be retouched. Also as the botom of the exhaust and top of the intake drop lower you need to be sure you have enough skirt left to cover the ports  Also need to find a larger piston with the same pin size and height and your into more custom work, needs to have at least the enough skirt width to cover the ports too, got to check the profile of the intake side skirt, sometimes that can be a problem.
In the end you wont get as much as you would think, the extra volume will throw things off with respect to base volume, the extra air volume the saw will pump will be restricted more by the carb, the flame has further to travel accross the piston, and the extra weight of the piston adds to reciprocating mass and tends to limit top end a bit. Also transfer ports and clearances into the transfers tend to be reduced which also hurts top end.
Bigger bores do produce torque though, despite tending to rev a bit lower.
