I am looking to climb as well as get involved with IPM etc. I am currently looking for some good companies to do an intership for college at.

Leuders might be a good place to go, or Hartney Greymont. Both are well respected, good sized companies.

speaking of, i think i might have ended up with a company i shouldn't have gone to.

Wow! a bunch of Ma$$holes all on the same thread!!

Which one? there are a ton of good ones around. I've got some friends in Slummerville who could prob help you out. More local than the ones mentioned here. (I'm in Brighton)

Hartney Greymont was a good recommendation, but they are mostly PHC and pruning, I hear Mayer is good too, Id try a company like Maltby out of stoughton, they offer a full range of arborist services, have been in the game since the 1950's and have over 40 years of experience doing crane work. Working for a company with that kind of experience would make for a good internship.
