Picked up a very nice usg grinder off Craigslist, but I've got a few questions.

Where can I get an owners manual?

I want to go with an ABN/CBN diamond wheel. Any specific recommendations? Stihl uses a different size arbor, where can I get a bushing?

My saws are all running 3/8 chain so that's my priority, but eventually want to be set up to sharpen everything. Do I need different size wheels? Not worried about rakers, I do those all by hand.

Sorry for all the questions, this is just my first, and hopefully last, grinder I've bought. Thanks in advance. Josh

To basic wheel widths 1/8" and 3/16" Cbn & Abn are not diamond wheels, diamond types are not for use on steel, Carbide tip chains would require diamond wheels though. Should be able to get bushings from wheel supplier. Search web for manual.

Thanks blades.

Yea, after searching I learned abn/cbn are not diamond wheels. My bad. I've got my eye on the dinasaw wheels from Baileys. Although expensive, they should last me a very long time. And I like the idea of not having to re-shape the wheel. My only struggle now is a 12mm to 7/8 bushing.

Thanks again!

If you can't find any bushings let me know I will make one for you. You might be able to get away with a 1/2"-7/8" course 1/2" is a couple 10ths larger than 12mm Some times a little piece of fuel line can make up the difference or something along that line. Ya, I get bye on a bunch of redneck fixes at times. In this case it is only to center the wheel until clamped in place so no stress.
