here I have a built from new parts 3120xp. I took a few 3120xps in trade and decided that the one that was with broken case was getting a full makeover. the only parts I ended up using from the original saw was the crank, clutch and drum, oil pump, muffler and bracket, air filter mount. the cases are new, all covers are new, tank is new, carb is new, intake new, p and c new, new top handle, new clutch cover and brake parts, new flywheel, new unlimited coil. I am setting the price of this basically brand new saw at $1400 plus shipping.i am pretty firm on the price seeing that I have so much tie4d up in it. a new 3120xp lists at 1799.95. you can have this one for much less. I will be loading pics and a video of the saw running in just a bit.

Terry,
Im watching a movie on tv with the wife (commercial break). I'll check in occasionally for a response to my pm

buying this to run on a mill. We have an old Walnut tree on my Granny's property and one of my fondest childhood memories is sitting out on the porch with my Papaw cracking Walnuts and filling Mason Jars with the nuts. Papaw worked at it daily. He has been gone since Oct 06. The tree needs to come down and I want to mill it and build a dining room table out of it. In my mind, it will keep him with me far longer than if I turned it into firewood, as something I can sit at with my own children and wife and enjoy being a Daddy. I got me some big 30'' 20' long oak logs to practice on and become proficient at before I move on to Papaw's tree.

be sure to get terry to mod the carb and port it before he sends it to you steven. a 3120 for milling needs that carb modded especially if yer going with an unlimited coil. i swear with the carb stock milling the thing gets so hot you will almost faint from NOX emissions come'n out of the bad boy. i noticed a big difference when i got my carbs done. the exhaust doesn't smell like death anymore

Terry,
Thanks for the 3120. I never thought the 395 was small until I set it next to the 3120. Guess the 395 will be classed as my Mid-Size big saw. :ices_rofl:

they are all small next to that hunk of Husqvarna. glad your all set with a saw for for milling up that big tree now.

I may be able to get you one at a good price. let me know what size your looking for and ill do some checking on it for you.
