Bring Treemandan back!

I had a chance to work with TMD a while back just before this site got hacked. We tore up a big mainline poplar like it was nothing. My girlfriend brought some indian food from the Himalayan and treated us to lunch, I think it was dan's first experience with indian food if you get my drift. WOMP! I ask him what he's been doing with himself since he got banned. He said he's spending lots of time with his daughter and actually getting **** done now that he has all this free time. I know he misses coming on here busting everyones chops and cracking jokes though. Sure isn't the same around here without him, he made this place less boring which lately it is. I don't know about the rest of you all but it sure would be nice to hear from The Dan.

First of all... X2!

I saw and read several of TreemanDan's post and thought he was cool. However, I also saw many of his posts were brash, controversial so to speak and at times, rude. I don't know the situation or the "straw that broke the camel's back" that led him to be banned, but I'd bet good money if TMD came and asked the Management if he could come back and say a little apology, they'd let him back for sure.

Sometimes "manning up" calls for dropping the ego and asking for forgiveness or just saying a simple apology.

TreemanDan, I'd like to see you back, for sure. From what I've seen and read, you're a cool guy. Contact Darin, say your peace, restrain yourself, LOL!, and be back harassing us fellow treeguys! God knows we brother treeguys have to stay united.

Dan wasn't really banned so much for misconduct as he was for defiance. He seemed unable to comply with a moderators request, so he got kicked. Then he came back in and wouldn't drop the subject.

He kinda begged to be banned.

How about Hillbilly Redneck...what led to his demise?...not trying to be noisy...but, I met someone on here that is constantly quoting this guy...and most of the quotes are ridicolous!

I don't recall ever reading Hillbilly Redneck's posts. I was following right along when TMD picked a squabble with a moderator. His expulsion could be seen coming well before it actually happened.

At least when I pick a fight, I try to make sure that I can win. TMD did not seem to be concerned about getting the boot; it almost seemed like he was asking for a vacation.

Slopping backcut and Falling wedges tied for first (place), imo
And the cougars in the dump, somewhere near that hazard pine, i believe.
Which was nearby the EF! Forest station "event" and the Bigfoot outlook.
Which was a long days night hike in them 50yo Whites.
Lots more equally good stuff.

But someone reading to learn might not see that and believe its ok
