Brush Bandit help

Hello-
I have a Brush Bandit model 60 with a Wisconsin 32 HP gas engine. Problem is the shear pin used with the motor coupler to the feed wheel keeps breaking, even with small branches (1 inch). Feed wheel bearings are good, wheel spins freely, it is adjusted to ride in the center of the feed chute, does not bind/hit either side. I lowered the pressure to the motor, tried everything that I can think of.

Any ideas would be truly appreciated.

Try reposting in the Commercial threads. Lots of people have Bandits and have tomns of insight.
