Bucket truck questions

Hey can anyone give this poor ole texas soul some advice on a bucket truck? Us boys in texas aint got any tall trees ( you can fish out of most of em) but my poor ole 66 foot jlg lift is on its last leg. Can ya'll tell me any pros and cons of any lifts? My jlg booms under the secondary wires but the forestry trucks boom over the primary right? Do all chipper trucks boom over center? i just need a good 55 - 60 foot truck. thanks
