Theres a place up near Detroit that always has a ton of them. Can't remember the location, or name, but they always have listings in the local auto trader. I've been up there a few times and theres always a large selection, better know your stuff though tons of crap and a few treasures. They sell and ship all over the world though so... Look at the AutoTrader site and I'm sure you could find them.

I have 1997 ford f350 flatbed with eagle 42 lift 8hp honda dual control truck has 39k miles everything runs great will be in Murphy NC area aroun March 1st bringing up from florida where used in clearing lots and construction of stilt housing on barrier island.
