Can anyone tell me if this is Buzz Martin? I think it is but am not 100% sure.

I took that at the Timber Carnival at Thorne Bay in 79. After it was over we were all having a few refreshments and my buddy and him started playing guitars. I had heard a few of his songs before but didnt really know who it was. Seems like I heard that he drowned?? in Wa. state?

From what I could find he drowned in Alaska in 1983. His son Steve lives(lived) in Lebanon, Or. He's a singer himself and did a lot of his Dads stuff. Don't know how current the info is however.
