I used to be there. Used to work at Central Park in San Mateo. Have you got a digital camera? There were some fantastic trees there. A Ficus macrophylla, Moreton Bay Fig, in the playground, southern end of park near El Camino. Also a good stand of Quercus suber, Cork Oak, planted by John McLaren, early in the last century. They are located on a street island at 100 Warren Rd.. Send acorns, please.
