Cambistat application costs

I am interested in what rates other companies are charging for cambistat application.
Anyone care to give me a quote on what they would charge to treat an 18"dbh black walnut? According to the application chart this tells me i should use 225 ml of product.

Off the top of my head, around two or three hundred bucks.
