One of the leads on my 075 coil broke off flush with the plastic around the windings. The coil works great, only the external wire rotted away. I already have a replacement but I'm hoping this can be repaired and kept as a good spare.

Does anybody know how I can get this fixed or if I can send it somewhere?

Thanks, Chris B.

Possible to due, but if a mistake is done, it's done.

Using:
Electronic liquid solder, or micro silver solder.
A pin tip electronic soldering iron
Thin aluminum sheet, or aluminum foil as a heat sink/shield.
Hi temp epoxy.
Electrical Varnish.
Magnifying glasses, well at least for me.

Carefully expose, and clean wire ends.
If possible slip foil strip under wire ends creating a heat shield & work platform.
Solder ends overlapping (side by side). HOLD let cool!
Remove foil, appy only enough epoxy to support soldered joint, positioning wire for best support. Let cure.
Lightly spray area with electrical varnish.

Happy Sparks.
