Can I use a 038 piston in a 041 stihl?

I have a 041 stihl with a 48mm piston. It only has about 80 lbs of compression. The rings and piston are scored but the cylinder is not. I'm looking to replace the piston and rings but it's $75 for the kit. I found a 038 that has a 48mm piston. They really look a lot a like. Anyone know if they are interchangeable? It's only $28. I would love to save some $$
