I have a 2 year old Husqvarna 385xp. I am not going to make myself sound stupid and self diagnosing but i will say that after the saw is warm the idle is so high that the chain does continue to spin around the bar. Can anybody tell me how to adjust a carb so i don't do any harm to the saw. I don't want to have to take it to the shop just for this.

thanks a lot

Tony

It sounds like you need to give it some more gas, turn out the L till the chain stop. It reacts fast a 1/4 out I think would do the trick.

The safe bet is to readjust the carb, turn the needles all the way in and then L 1 turn out, H 1 turn out. And go from there.

To have in mind is, that there is always a reason for a problem.
There could be a air leak.
