Carb diaphragms

Ive seen this on here, I just cant seem to find the post.
What are the differences in the different types of pump diaphragm materials as far as fuel delivery capacity etc?
I have a diaphragm kit for a Walbro HD series carb that I want to use in an HDB carb, but the kit has the black diaphragm. Carb has the white diaphragm. Not even sure if it was the correct one. On a Poulan 3400 if that matters.
This was a kit I had lying around from years ago. Doesnt have a part number on the package.

I'm thinking that the Teflon one that was in the carb might actually be pumping a bit too much fuel. Im gonna try the rubber one and see how that does. Thanks again!
