Here are the model numbers for hydraulic drive motors.
First of all they are Sauer Danfoss, model # 151H 3085 right side,
and 151H 3095 left side.
Ive had a lot of trouble with shearing woodruff keys, aprox. 10(not all on one side but between both sides). if you dont know what a woodruff key is, its a semi circular key used on the tapered shaft that mates the hub.(woodruff key is 5/16" x 1") it was a ##### for me to track down.
we finally found that the hub wasnt machined properly and when tightened was pushing directly against the hydraulic motor(hub was too long)and therefore not tightening against the taper properly. after i got the one hub machined down to the right size i never had another problem with shearing keys, but... the other side started doing the same thing and before i could machine it i noticed a hydraulic oil leak( the hub had been rubbing against the seal on the hydraulic motor and caused a leak) now i had to remove the motor drive and take it to a specialist to get a seal because carlton doesnt leave model #'s on anything.
i now have had to buy a new shaft, a new seal kit and numerous woodruff keys, not to mention all the downtime ive had from it.
just a word to the wise, check how much of a gap you have between the hub and the motor to make sure this doesnt happen to you.
i wish i could post pics on here but all of mine are bigger than 400kb
