- 35hp B&S Vanguard engine
- 391 hrs currently
- Lever control
- Factory, front-mounted hydraulic dozer blade
- Carlton/Sandvic cutter wheel
- Always stored inside/ under cover, never been rained on
- Owner operated and maintained - always
