On your machine it came with manual handles for the hydraulics. If it did the complete valve and most likely all the hoses will need to be replaced plus the electrical will have to be added in. Many people have asked us about it but carlton says it is very expensive and it is better to trade it in on a new one that has what you want. I think the remote and receiver alone is around $2000.00 then add the valve and hoses which could be $3500.00 ( this is a guess) and some ones labor (estimated for fab work and install) $1000.00
you are at $6500.00 + the down time ( it is not just a bolt on item expect 2-3 weeks).

We also get people asking if we can make there 2WD machine a 4x4 but it also is designed different and would cost a arm and a leg.

Hi, I own a 2005 Carlton 4400 without a remote.
I am wondering if it is possible to install a remote, wired or wireless?
Man, you are talking thousands of dollars. New Hyd. manifold,5 new dc control valves, then all the high dollar electronics and transmitter. Sell your machine and put that money in a remote unit. Oh i forgot,a ton of labor too!!
