Chain Grinder Instructions

I have a Tecomec "Jolly" Chain ginder that I picked up at a yard sale. The lady selling it, (husband died 2 months ago) could not find the operators manual.
Does anyone have any instructions on how to use this thing?
Any help would be greatly appriciated!
