.050 vs .063 only difference is the drivers on the .050 are shaved down. links and cutters are the same
3/8 vs .325 same width but.325 has cutters closer together
drive both with 7 tooth sprocket as in 7x.325=2.275 vs7x.375=2.625 so the
.375 moves 15 percent faster witch almost makes up for the 9 vs 11 cutters per foot of chain
because .325 cutters are closer together will be less grabby cutting small limbs than 3/8
i do think .063 chain will make a straighter narrower cut and carry more oil for longer bars
in the long run filing the depth gauges down a little more will make more difference then chain size
