Chainsaw collector near Paris, TN

In September, 2000 I went to Paris, TN and met with a man that had a large saw collection. He also had Neubian goats and lived in a rural area. I would like to correspond with him again but cannot find his name and number. Can any of you guys in the area point me in a direction?
