Chainsaw purchase advice

Hello, The heating season is just around the bend and, I would appreciate some advice about making a chainsaw purchase. I know all brands have thier fans. I must decide between buying a new Husky 455- that I can buy for below wholesale, or buying a used sthil with about the same power etc. from Ebay. I would be investing about the same amt. of money. I am limited on funds therefor I need to get it right the first time. I would appreciate any good sound down to earth advice. Thank You

The Husqvarna sounds like a good deal. FeEbay saws are often times overpriced and you can't physically inspect them. Do you have a shop close by that you can take the saw for service. That would help you with headaches down the road.

The 455 is a good reliable saw, to get the most out of it consider running a .325 bar and chain combo.........add a lil bit more umph to the 56cc.
