I was off work for a while and neighbor gave me a few of these little plastic saws to mess with. I got a few to run pretty good. But the question I have is why don't they stay in tune. It seems like every time you grab it off the shelf it needs a little tune. I have tried 3 different ones all the same. Tune it cut with it for a day put it away next time it needs to be fiddled with again. Aways it was just something to keep me busy anyway but just wondering if there's a fix for this besides the trash can

I've had similar experience few times over the years with some of my saws, which are all little older models, and every time so far it has been corrected by just replacing the diaphragm in the carburetor.

All of my saws have fully adjustable carburetors IE. adjustable L & H jets.

Your mileage may differ.
