I am looking for a wood chipper/shredder. This is for turning wood chips from a sawmill to something fine enough to sell as bedding (for horses, etc.).

Depends on how fine you are trying to attain. Most stuff for bedding from a mill is fine as it is, unless you are talking about the cutoffs or slabs and such.
