i may be interested in that vermeer. is there anything wrong with it? how many hours? and when was it last serviced? oh and what service was included

tinman, if you all end up working a deal, I will be going from Kansas City Missouri down to Atlanta later in the month. Let me know if you all need help in transport. I might be able to save someone some driving.... Just a thought.

I don't understand how you guys with a six inch chipper and a truck without a dumpbed can make any sort of money. no matter how small, please explain?

When I first started out, I was using just a p/u with plywood sides. That lasted for about 3 months, then I had a dump installed on the truck. That saved me almost an hour in off loading time on every load, and I would dump about twice a day. At the very least, if you do not have a dump, get one installed on your truck before buying the chipper. Even better, get the truck converted to a flatbed dump.
